Through interactive exercises and group discussions, you'll gain a deeper understanding of your thought patterns and learn how to reframe negative thoughts into empowering affirmations.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Kelly Kan

Kelly is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF), Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Master Transformational Coach, and a Professional Counsellor with over 12 years of combined experience in coaching and counselling.

She has worked extensively with working professionals, helping them to uncover their authentic selves, develop resilience in the face of stress, find their strengths and passions, and live happy, fulfilling life.

Kelly regularly speaks on topics relating to positive psychology, well-being, and mental health. She is also an adjunct lecturer in an educational institution and teaches HR professionals and leaders positive psychology and coaching psychology.
